FUTURO PEOPLE
The Futuro Group’s vision is to be the leading provider of local staffing solutions in our target market. We recruit, train and supply skilled, fit-for-work staff to our clients every day.
Our strategy is entirely aligned with the Mozambican government’s key priorities, particularly: vocational education and training, and sustainable employment outcomes.
Futuro People holds one of Mozambique’s few labour licenses, and leverages off Futuro Skills’ training programs to offer appropriately trained Mozambican candidates for employment across a wide range of sectors. Towards this end, we manage the country’s largest database of local talent. Where supply of local talent is not available, we work with international partners to source appropriately skilled workers globally.

Labour hire (short-term)
Do you need skilled staff on a short/fixed-term basis? We are able to provide suitably skilled, work-ready staff (both locals and expats) that meet the requirements of your project, for as long as you need them. They will be employees of Futuro People so we deal with all aspects of their employment, while they deliver the work you need done.
Access skilled workers at short notice
Futuro Group manages a database of over 250,000 Mozambican workers, and can access a network of skilled expatriates via our alliance partners. We will identify and short-list the candidates who have the skills and/or work experience our clients are seeking.
Only employ the workers for as long as they are needed
Futuro People will employ workers directly, and hire them to our clients under flexible, short-term contracts. While the client gains tremendous flexibility, Futuro People will ensure that the workers themselves are treated as “staff” and receive their entitlements and rights under local labour laws.
Futuro People takes care of all employment administration
Futuro People will take care of all employment administration, including: employment contracts, ensuring taxes are paid correctly, social security contributions are current, leave entitlements are managed, time sheets are produced, and so on.
Recruitment
Do you need help identifying suitable candidates for employment in your business? Futuro People will present you with potential candidates, local or expat, who have already been pre-screened, their skills assessed/verified, and backgrounds checked.
Identify suitable candidates
Futuro Group manages a database of over 250,000 Mozambican workers, and can access a network of skilled expatriates via our alliance partners. We will identify and short-list the candidates who have the skills and/or work experience our clients are seeking.
Verify/assess their skills (and train them, if needed)
Many people have valuable skills and experience, but lack a formal qualification. Futuro Skills is able to assess the competency of individuals against international standards and, where the candidate is assessed as fully competent, issue the relevant qualification or unit of competency. This is especially useful when determining the level at which a Mozambican with a National Qualification and/or prior work experience can safely and productively work on projects requiring international qualifications.
Check their references
Futuro People is able to undertake detailed reference checking of candidates, including police checks, and canvassing prior employers for performance feedback.
